Lisa said someone told her that her alternator was the issue. She came to the business and the mechanic didn't know who she was. She said he could have taken advantage of her, but he was unbelievably honest and up front. He told her the problem was just her battery, which was under warranty. He was excellent and he is somebody that customers would want to deal with.
