The good folks at Guy's really took care of me and my vehicle today. I had to replace the battery a few weeks ago, and the next day, my A/C wouldn't work. I could hear the compressor, but no cold air was coming out. My auto mechanic niece recommended Guy's and ONLY Guy's, so I made an appointment with them and did a night drop yesterday. This morning they called me and said that my A/C was fine, that somehow the setting had been changed to blow air out only at my feet and not at my face, and that's why it seemed there was no cool air. They said there would be no charge and that I should just pick up my vehicle whenever I could that day. I have to say that they could have concocted a story about how my A/C needed "X, Y, Z" to work again and charged me a tidy sum to "repair" it, but they didn't. This is not the first time that Guy's has looked out for me and my family. My parents have been customers of Guy's for many years now, and will not take their cars anywhere else. Thank you to Kirk and Brian for doing the right thing today by being honest and charging me nothing to tell me the truth, that somehow the setting just needed to be corrected. Great job!
