We took our Mercedes in to repair a sensor. The job was quoted and the work started. The shop later came back and said the job took longer than what was stated in the standard hours for the repair and I needed to pay extra. Do you think they give a discount if they finish a job sooner. I'm certain that's not the case. At any rate, this was unethical and I don't recommend the shop.

Wow!!!! Amazing service. I will never take my Volkswagen to another mechanic. I love Volkswagen engineering but could never find a great mechanic. I was questioning a trade in not anymore! These guys are spot on. Honest and quick. Don't hesitate to make an appointment.

I made an appointment for 8 o'clock in the morning. My engine light was on but now it was not on so it would not show what was the problem? So why should I pay a $167 for something that was not gonna show? What was the problem for the vehicle? Which I told Kurt. I told him that my brakes needed to be done. They put it up on the rack for not even 5 minutes. And it cost me $57 and some change. But yet he could not tell me what it would cost to do my back brakes. Because he could not getting online or whatever the reason was, but yet he could tell me how much it would cost for a front.E and alignment for my car and another item that I asked about I was told that he would call me the next day to see how much it would cost for my brakes to be done. That was Wednesday, the 13th. And I never received a phone call. I found another mechanic that was way better. I would never go there ever again. Terrible terrible the money I paid for them to put my car up and to tell me that my back breaks were bad. Shouldn't have been added to the cost of what it would cost to put new brakes on what a rip-off artist.
