He is very thorough in explaining the issue and does all the leg work with Car Shield to approved the covered repairs. This is the third repair they have completed on my vehicle. They complete the repairs in a timely manner and is always ready as promised. I have drop off my vehicle the night before unannounced and before I woke up Glen called me with a diagnosis and ready to proceed with repairs.
