I'm a young woman with no knowledge of cars. I have had negative experiences at other auto repair shops, feeling as though I can easily be a target of incorrect information, talked down to, and overcharged. I felt so safe and comfortable at Guy's. The customer experience was so positive and they were very clear regarding my car's problems without treating me as though I have no idea what is going on. The digital report they provided showed they provided my car with a thorough and detailed review. I'm soo happy with my experience and will definitely be going back to Guy's!

Guys is the best place to get your car fixed! I’ve been very pleased with the car service! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful in explaining what they are going to do! The prices are very reasonable! Always like bringing my car to get it fixed there. They keep my 20 year old car running well!!
