Metairie Auto Repair

We have found our forever mechanic for our baby Lucy a 2016 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. Guy's found a major installation error for a part installed by another mechanic. We have no concerns about quality or pricing and feel that Guy's is completely trustworthy. Scheduling is easy.... So far our car has not been held hostage and the turn around has been quick! Bringing her in soon for more work with zero worry.

2018 BMW 540i a/c not blowing cold air. Another shop quoted new compressor and other parts. Guy's recharged system and advised why refrigerant volume was not adequate and probabilities. Thousands saved. Thanks to Guy's!

Friendly staff and the work is satisfactory. However I did drop off my car early for an 8:00am appointment and was told it would be a 45 minutes. By the time I was checked out and paid the whole trip took almost an hour and a half.

Great job as always. They keep you updated and do great work

Needed tires on my truck. They took care of the whole job. From inspecting the front end and suspension, replacing the TPMS, etc. to completion. If you need the job done right the first time at a fair price, Guy's Auto Repair is the shop you need to go to.

Great service at an affordable price. Exceeded my expectations!

All staff was accommodating, polite and courteous. Mr. Guy made time to introduce himself to me which I thought was nice and personable. However, I was taken aback because the approximate price discussed when making the appointment was less and affordable compared to what I was quoted and charged after I had dropped off my vehicle. The wiring issues were repaired and a new headlight bulb was included at no additional charge. Mr. Glenn kindly rode with me to check out a different issue with my vehicle and found nothing wrong which gave me great relief from worrying. Overall good experience at a higher price than expected.

Great service, great nice staff. Would definitely recommend!
