Our first time was such a pleasant experience! They were quick, affordable and service was amazing.

Guy's service and transparency was exceptional. I brought in our 2018 Volkswagen Atlas for an inspection after the engine started malfunctioning. It turns out the water pump and belt needed to be replaced. Everything was explained to me, but I was encouraged to check into seeing whether or not this would be covered by the powertrain warranty. I called the VW dealership in the area, and it turns out it was covered under the warranty. Guy's stood to come out ahead by doing the repair on their own, but they chose to be transparent with me, which saved me hundreds of dollars. And which earned them this 5-star review.
