My first time using you guys, after glowing recommendation from my in laws Janet and Rene Boubede. Worked with Glenn did a great job analyzing the situation. My only dissappointment was didn't know about the additional charge for extra part that was broken during the repair. Got sticker shock which is never fun. Spent more money than I anticipated or budgeted. One question after looking at repair history. Says did not include alignment. Is that a problem with the type of work done ? Was never mentioned to me. Please advise.
