While driving home from work, I lost an axel and had to pull over. I searched car repairs and Guy's Foreign & Domestic came up. I called, and he was still open even though it was late in the evening. Not only did he tell me what was probably wrong with the vehicle (and was right once the vehicle was diagnosed) he also provided me with a convenient tow truck service that expediently came and picked the car up. I was called the next day, and informed of the repairs that were required. The mechanics even provided me with pictures of the repairs needed. Guy provided me with a pinpoint estimate, kept great communication throughout the entire process, and got conformation from me before any work was performed. The work done was of high quality, NAPA parts were used, and the turnaround was impressively quick. When I went to pay for the repairs, the bill was actually $60 dollars cheaper than what was originally quoted, and I was provided with the old faulty parts for the sake of transparency. I was allowed to leave my car on the property over the weekend until I was able to pick it up- free of charge. I've been driving the car since then, and the repairs have held up flawlessly. The owner even followed up with me after the repairs, to ask how the vehicle was performing. The entire process was painless and efficient. I recommend using this service; all of the employees were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will use this company again when future car repairs are needed.
