I’ve been coming here for a few yrs now, mostly for light stuff like oil changes and checks. After my A/C went out and I exhausted my ability to diagnose the issue, I came here. They emphasized the worst case scenario was $155 to just diagnose the issue, which didn’t make sense because I knew there was an issue, so $155 starting, not worst cast scenario. They quickly let me know that my AC Switch was out and maybe more, but they would have to start there. I was relieved to hear it was just the switch, until they told me $750 to replace. I inquired as to the detailed charges and they stated it would take them 3.5 hrs at $165 an hr to do the work. Knowledgeable Co-workers let me know that definitely didn’t sound right. They insisted that my system would require 1hr of work to evacuate and recharge, then another billed hr of testing. I traveled to Northshore Auto and I was repaired within a day for $315. No evacuation needed. I won’t state they lied, but $165 to just test, yeah, I won’t be returning.
