Guy’s Auto has been incredibly helpful to me. They’ve continued to take care of my daughters car while she’s been in NOLA for college. They’ve always been thorough with their findings yet, not coming up with frivolous repairs. Having an older model car is difficult. These “Guy’s” are the real deal for an honest mechanic. Very rude telephone customer service. Just because your business is in high demand does not mean you should be rude to potential customers and take them for granted. I've been in customer service my entire career. I would firecwhoever I spoke with immediately. Ridiculous.
